Hardcover books, also known as case bound, are durable, elegant, and frequently used for children’s books and higher-end publications. Gasch specializes in producing small quantities of adhesive bound hardcover books–from 50 to 500 copies—the perfect size order to target a select group of customers or maintain a low level of inventory. Quality hardcover binding is as much art as it is manufacturing science. A Durable and Elegant Style
Cloth or leatherette case materials are available in a variety of colors and can be accentuated with foil stamping and/or a custom, protective dust jacket with flaps. Printed four-color case sides with either a gloss or matte laminate finish are options, too. We use PUR adhesive in the binding process to provide flexibility and ensure durability. Books can be casebound in both portrait and landscape (oblong) formats. Casebound books can be as thin as .125 inches and as thick as 2.56 inches.
